Overview
The Town of Aylmer and the Township of Malahide want to make sure the user experience at the East Elgin Community Complex is great for everyone. This year, we are asking users — like local sports groups and event organizers — for feedback about things like booking ice and facilities, the quality of amenities, and more. This helps us understand what’s working well and what can be improved.
What's Changing
We are working to make the experience better by:
Making it easier and more fair to book programs, spaces, and services
Improving customer service so it's quicker to get answers and support
Using your feedback to improve things like facility cleanliness, amenities, and overall experience
Reviewing policies, including pricing and rules, to make sure they are clear and fair
Why It Matters
Recreation programs, facilities, and services are an important part of our community. By listening to our users, we can:
Make sure everyone has a chance to participate and enjoy what we offer
Support local programs, groups, and events
Keep our facilities safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone
How You Can Participate
If you use our programs, services, or facilities, we want to hear from you:
Share your experience with booking, staff, programs, and facilities
What Will Be Done with the Feedback?
Town staff will review all responses
We’ll look for trends and find ways to improve
Results will help guide decisions about programs, services, pricing, and facilities
Updates will be shared with the community
